|True North Insight: Meditation Retreats in English and French
True North Insight is a non profit organization that offers meditation retreats and training Buddhist studies in Ontario and Quebec. In the Fall of 2010, many of the therapists from The Mindfulness Clinic attended a 7-day True North Insight retreat with Molly Swan and Norman Feldman. As a Clinic we continue to connect with Molly and Norman for guidance.
|Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy:
We offer MBCT groups at The Mindfulness Clinic to help people who are dealing with depression and anxiety. MBCT was developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale, based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.

|London Mindfulness Clinic: Stress release seminars
The London Mindfulness Clinic offers workshops, seminars and mindfulness courses taught by Dr. Kate Partridge, Ph.D. in the London, Ontario area. Dr. Partridge has had a personal meditation practice since 1993, and has been teaching mindfulness for ten years. She has trained with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Zindel Segal.
