Meet, Eat, Sit

The Mindfulness Clinic hosts Meet, Eat, Sit, a free lunchtime meditation gathering for health professionals and students of health-related disciplines.

The format of Meet, Eat, Sit includes a 45 minute sitting meditation and time to eat and talk. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch.

Who can participate?

Meet, Eat, Sit is open to health professionals and students of health-related disciplines. Participants do not have to be experienced meditators.

Schedule

Meet, Eat, Sit takes place every Thursday from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.

We eat from 12:00 – 12:30 p.m., meditate from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. and there is time for some discussion after the meditation.
