Individual Mindful Psychotherapy

  • Sessions are available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Some Saturday appointments will also be available.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Tuesdays, February 7 – April 3, 2012 – 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
    *Please note there will be no class on March 6.
  • Wednesdays, January 18 – March 7, 2012 – 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
  • Tuesdays, April 17 – June 5, 2012 – 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, May 9 – June 27, 2012 – 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

  • Thursdays, February 2 – March 22, 2012 – 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 


Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Group (DBT)

  • Thursdays, February 9 – June 22, 2012 – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
    *Note there will be no class on May 3.
  • Mondays – September 10, 2012 – February 11, 2013 – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
    *Please note there will be no class October 8, December 24 and December 31

Seminars & Workshops

Meet, Eat, Sit for Health Professionals

  • Held every Thursday from 12 – 1:30 p.m., including retreat days

One-day Retreats for Health Professionals

  • Held the third Thursday of the month 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Fees & Insurance

Groups

  • MBCT group is $950
  • Online MBCT group is $700
  • DBT Skills Training group is $2,400

Workshops

  • Introduction to Mindfulness is $125

Insurance

All therapists at The Mindfulness Clinic are supervised by a Registered Psychologist, so the fees are covered by most insurance plans

Sliding scale

We reserve some therapy sessions for people who are not able to afford our full fee. If you need consideration for a sliding scale, call us to discuss your situation.


The Mindfulness Clinic accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit/Interac, cash and cheques.
