Mindful Mondays Drop-In

Drop in Meditation Practice for Group Graduates

On the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Regular mindfulness meditation practice brings many benefits. Let us help you keep up your practice and also learn more about applying mindfulness in your life. You are invited to join with meditators by coming to our biweekly drop-in classes. Participation is open to everyone who has completed an MBCT or MBSR course (at our Clinic or elsewhere). You are also eligible if you have had other mindfulness meditation training or have completed a CCT or SAG course.

Each class will involve 40 minutes of guided meditation and about 45 minutes of discussion and guidance. Our approach will be secular and psychological. We can help you apply mindfulness to psychological concerns so you can be more joyful and productive.

Cost: $30 (you will be issued a receipt from a Registered Psychologist)
