The Mindfulness Clinic offers a variety of yoga classes to suit different needs. If you are interested in body mind yoga, our mindful yoga classes will be right for you. Yoga helps us learn to focus the mind, the breath and the body on the present moment, which is the essence of mindfulness. Mindful yoga teaches focused breath awareness, yoga postures and the importance of kindness and acceptance of ourselves and our bodies. We offer small group classes and one-on-one yoga instruction that is personalized to help you feel better and reach your goals. Below is a list of the different yoga courses we teach.
Yoga for Stress and Burnout: (See Calendar)
Designed to help people manage and reduce the effects of stress and burnout. ($180 for 6-week course) Click here to register for this class
Mindful Yoga for Beginners at Lunchtime:
Never practiced yoga before? This hour-long, gentle class is for beginners who are interested in guided learning of yoga techniques. Tuesdays at 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. ($120 for 6-week course)
Yoga for Depression and Anxiety:
Designed for people dealing with depression or anxiety. You will learn to feel calmer and cope with low mood states. ($180 for 6-week course)
Yoga for Larger Bodies:
A class that teaches postures tailored for larger bodies to perform comfortably. ($180 for 6-week course)
Yoga for Older Bodies:
A class that teaches postures tailored for older bodies to perform comfortably. ($180 for 6-week course)
One-on-one yoga instruction tailored to your needs and your body. After 6 sessions, you will get an individualized yoga sequence for independent practice. ($120/hour)

The Mindfulness Clinic is offering a six-week series of yoga classes specifically for those interested in learning to manage and reduce the effects of stress and burnout.
In this series participants will:
Between classes, participants will be asked to practice yoga techniques 5-15 minutes per day as homework.
Class size is limited to 8 participants to allow for individual attention.
The instructor Laurisa Dill is a registered yoga instructor and psychotherapist with many years of experience helping people manage stress and anxiety and increase well-being.
