Workshops can be an excellent way to learn mindfulness skills. We offer full-day and half-day workshops at our main Clinic in downtown Toronto. Free Mindful Self-Compassion Introductory Workshop
This workshop can help teach you why it is beneficial to be kind to yourself and cultivate the skill of self-compassion. You’ll also lean self-compassion techniques you can use right away and information about our 8-week mindful self-compassion program.
The workshop combines guided meditations with opportunities to discuss your meditation experience, questions and difficulties. This immediate feedback and coaching is the best way to enhance and deepen your mindfulness skills.
