Would you like to learn how to treat yourself with compassion instead of criticism?
You don’t have to be hard on yourself. There is another way.
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teaches you how to be kind to yourself when the going gets tough. It can help if you have depression or anxiety. It can help you follow through with important life changes. Mindful self-compassion training can also help you improve your social life. Being self-compassionate does not mean you will become weak or unmotivated.
At this workshop, you will learn:
- Why it is beneficial to be kind to yourself
- A self-compassion technique that you can use right away
- Information about the 8-week mindful self-compassion program
