New Year’s Mindfulness Retreat for Rest & Renewal

Come for One Day or Three Days.

One-Day Retreat:
Saturday December 30, 2017 – 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Sitting and walking meditation
  • Great for beginners—a fair bit of guidance and meditation instruction
  • Group discussion
  • “Tea and Cookies” meditation in the afternoon
  • Lunch is not provided—there are many restaurants close by
  • Urban, non-residential retreat (not overnight)

Three-Day Retreat:
Saturday December 30, Sunday December 31, 2017, and Monday January 1, 2018 – 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Sitting and walking meditation
  • Great for both beginners and more seasoned meditators — a fair bit of guidance on Day 1, but mostly silence on Days 2 and 3
  • Group discussion
  • “Tea and Cookies” meditation in the afternoon all 3 days
  • Lunch is not provided—there are many restaurants close by
  • Urban, non-residential retreat (not overnight)

About the Instructors

The retreat will be co-facilitated by Dr. Paul Kelly and Katherine Miller. Both of them have been doing mindfulness meditation for over 40 years. They have run many retreats for health professionals and others. They are known as kind and skillful meditation teachers.

One Day Retreat, Dec. 30 only – $95
Three Day Retreat, Dec 30, 31 and Jan 01 – $290
