Free One-Day Mindfulness Retreats
The Mindfulness Clinic hosts a free one-day Mindfulness retreat for health professionals and students of health-related professions.
This retreat includes periods of guided sitting and walking meditation with brief breaks in between. At the end of the day, there is one hour for discussion.
Who can participate?
The retreats are open to health professionals and students of health-related disciplines. Participants do not have to be experienced meditators.
The free One-Day Mindfulness retreats take place once a season (winter, spring, summer and autumn) on a Saturday from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
