- Integrates ideas and practices from narrative therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness & mindful self-compassion, neurobiology, emotion-focused therapy and acceptance & commitment therapy
- Uses Gottman Method Couple Therapy and has completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy

- Enjoys facilitating mindful parenting workshops and groups to nurture connection and increase emotional resilience
